Lime – Avocado – Yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 large avocados
  • 200 g Greek yogurt (10%)
  • 5 tbsp honey (acacia honey)
  • 40 g pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the lime juice with 3 tablespoons of honey. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and dice finely. Fold the avocado cubes into the lime and honey mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate for about 45 minutes. Divide the avocado and lime dessert among dessert bowls/glasses and drizzle with the yogurt. Drizzle the remaining honey over the yogurt and serve sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
