Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 pretzel sticks, frozen
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Thaw the frozen pretzel sticks for at least 30 minutes. Slice the onions into rings, dice the feta, and drain the tuna. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Then divide the pretzel stick dough into pieces and roll each one out to a pizza-sized size on a lightly floured surface. Spread the dough pieces with crème fraîche, top with onions, tuna, and feta, and season to taste. Bake the pizzas for about 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, the pizzas can also be topped with diced ham and leeks.
