Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 lemons
  • 30 mixed mint leaves (peppermint, cocktail mint or lemon balm)
  • 30 g citric acid
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

First, combine the water and sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then, squeeze half a lemon and add the juice to the water and sugar mixture. Then, slice the remaining one and a half lemons and add them to the mixture, along with the citric acid. Then, add the mint leaves and stir briefly. Seal the liquid with an airtight container. Wait a day and do not stir again. Strain and pour into a bottle.
