Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 75 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 60 g oat flakes, fine
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ roll, stale, dry
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped, frozen or fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

from oat flakes

Place the bread roll in a bowl of water and let it soften, turning occasionally. Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it in a little oil until translucent, then let it cool. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl with the bread roll and mix well. Once the onions have cooled, add them to the bowl and knead in well. Season to taste. Form into patties and fry in a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
