Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 handfuls of wild garlic leaves, washed
- 500 ml apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 5 minutes
Preparation time is approximately 5 minutes. Finely slice the wild garlic. Rinse a bottle with hot water, fill with wild garlic strips, and top up with vinegar. Shake well and refrigerate for at least a week. Shake the bottle daily, turning it a few times. After a week, the vinegar can be used to make delicious salad dressings.
