Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g wild garlic or ground elder
  • 100 ml walnut oil or pumpkin seed oil
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 3 g mushrooms, dried
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, freshly grated, use sparingly

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Notes: This pesto enhances salads, soups, vegetables, pasta, rice, cheese, and ham. Stored in tightly sealed jars in a cool, dark place, the pesto will keep for at least 6 months. It always makes a great gift.
