Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), I like to use the Hass avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp chervil, fresh, finely chopped
- some pepper
- some chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Ideal companion for sweet potatoes and potatoes
Preparation time is approximately 5 minutes. Place the feta in a bowl, pour over the lemon juice, and then mash with a fork. Halve the avocado, carefully remove the pit, cut a cross into the flesh, and then scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon and add it to the feta. Mash everything again with a fork and mix until creamy. Stir in the chervil, pepper, and chili. I love this dip with sweet potato and potato slices, which I baked in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
