Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- ½ ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 bag(s) ready-made mix for salad, garden herbs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp tartar sauce
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the sausage and onion and fry briefly. Wash the arugula and tomatoes. Dice the tomatoes. For the dressing, combine the herb mixture with the oil, water, remoulade, and milk. Drain the pasta and place it in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well.
