Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 slices cooked ham, diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), can be more

Super quick and delicious pasta salad

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, and let cool. In the meantime, make a cross-shaped incision in the tomatoes, blanch them in hot water, and peel off the skin. Remove the seeds and chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the garlic cloves (you can add more if you like, but be careful!), press them, or finely dice them. Sprinkle with a little salt and crush them with the back of a knife. Mix the cooled spaghetti with all the other ingredients. This salad tastes much more sophisticated than the simple recipe suggests, goes great with grilled food, and is quick and easy to prepare.
