Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 8 tsp oregano
  • 3 tsp, heaped chives
  • 4 tsp basil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 pinches of black pepper
  • 5 tbsp, leveled oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Meatballs or meatballs with herbs

Peel the onions and garlic cloves and finely dice them. Chop the herbs and mix them with the onions and garlic in a bowl. Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and knead into a smooth paste. Form into small patties or balls and fry gently and slowly until crispy on all sides. Serve warm or cold.
