Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 mozzarella, diced (approx. 1 cm)
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes), diced (approx. 1 cm)
- 10 basil leaves
- 5 tbsp oil (good olive oil)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper, fresh
- 1 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 point pasta (spaghetti)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic, and basil in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti, rinse briefly, and add it to the cold tomato and mozzarella mixture while still hot. Mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately!
