Super fluffy breakfast scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of chives
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 package of ham cubes, alternatively bacon cut into strips
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Then crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with the cream. Season the mixture with pepper, salt, and a little nutmeg if desired. Add the chives, then stir in the onions and diced ham. Heat a pan with oil and pour in the mixture. Let it set until the desired consistency is reached, and then serve. If you prefer to have the bacon separately, we recommend using bacon and frying it in a special pan, then adding it directly to the scrambled eggs (or bread).
