Scrambled eggs with ham or bacon on an egg waffle and toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 waffle (egg waffle), alternatively only 2 waffles without toast
  • 1 slice(s) of toast, alternatively only 2 slices of toast without waffle
  • 25 g ham (Katenschinken or bacon), diced
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some salt and pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Goes very quickly

Crack the eggs into a pan with hot butter. Mix them together in the pan and fry. Continue mixing the eggs while frying, flattening them occasionally. After a while, season the eggs with sugar, paprika, pepper, and salt. Then push the scrambled eggs aside and briefly fry the ham or bacon with them. Then mix the two together. In the meantime, toast the toast and egg waffles and spread them with butter (best when the waffle and toast are still hot, so the butter spreads nicely). Place the toast slices or waffles on a plate, arrange them with the scrambled eggs and ham or bacon, and serve immediately.
