Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (e.g. spirelli)
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can mandarin orange(s), drained
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 point salad (meat salad)
  • Salt
  • oil
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain through a sieve. Meanwhile, wash the tomato and peel the onion. Dice both into small cubes. Then combine all the ingredients. Finally, season with salt, oil, and vinegar. It’s best to let the salad marinate overnight before serving.
