Quick noodle and tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Spice mix (Herb mix No. 4 from Maggi)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 250 g pasta, small
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 3 gherkins
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very quick and tasty

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the tuna. Peel the onion. Peel the eggs. Trim and wash the bell peppers. Finely dice these three ingredients along with the pickles. Place them in a bowl with the tuna. Mix together the vinegar and oil and add the seasonings. Add to the bowl with the ingredients and mix. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the bowl. Finally, taste and add more seasoning if desired. Let it stand for another half hour before serving. Tip: I always add a little cucumber juice afterward. There can be a little more liquid in the salad at first, as the pasta absorbs a lot of it.
