Rice and minced meat salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 jar curry sauce
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • some mayonnaise
  • 6 gherkins
  • curry powder
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Sauté the minced meat with the onion. Boil the rice and let everything cool. Finely chop the tomato and peppers and dice the green pepper. Chop the gherkins into small pieces, as well as the mushrooms if desired. Then combine all the ingredients.
