Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g raspberries, pureed
- ½ liter milk, low-fat
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla paradise cream)
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Arrange the sponge fingers in a shallow baking dish and allow them to soak in the pureed raspberries. Mix the paradise cream with 1/2 liter of low-fat milk and fold in the low-fat quark. Spread the cream evenly over the sponge fingers. Refrigerate. Garnish with a little cocoa powder before serving.
