Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 400 g Lyoner, cut into fine strips
- 380 g peas, frozen
- 150 g pickled gherkins
- 70 g Pepper , from the jar
- 300 g red pepper(s), from the jar
- 150 g corn kernels, from the jar
- 200 g sliced mushrooms, from the jar
- 200 g salad mayonnaise
- 280 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 40 g spirit vinegar
- 110 g sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
very juicy
Slice the cucumbers and peppers, as well as the pickled peppers if desired. Cook the spaghetti al dente and mix with all the other ingredients. Let the salad sit for a few hours.
