Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 egg(s)
- 10 g butter
- 10 g spring onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the toast slices into sticks and fry them with a little butter over medium heat until crispy. Then fry the bacon. Stack the toast sticks on top and place the bacon on top. Fry a fried egg in the pan and finally place it on top of the bacon and serve with the sliced spring onion.
