- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 60 ml milk
- 2 tbsp spelt flour
- 2 eggs

- Honey, maple syrup or fruit sauce
- possibly fat

healthy and delicious pancakes with oat flakes and spelt flour
In a bowl, whisk the oats, milk, flour, and eggs until well combined and form a smooth, runny batter. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, possibly with a little fat. Depending on whether you want thin or thick pancakes, pour the batter into the heated pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. This quantity is enough for two regular pancakes. Serve with fruit, syrup, or something else, as desired.
