Quick fried potatoes with bacon from the baking tray

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g bacon, streaky

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Then layer them on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Peel and dice the onions. Dice the streaky bacon and arrange it over the potato slices along with the diced onions. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake at approximately 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. 504 kcal per serving
