Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 kg plums (preferably late plums)
- 2 bottles of red wine
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 pack of preserving aid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the plums. Bring them to a boil with red wine, sugar, and cinnamon, then let them simmer until they burst. Then stir in the preserving agent and pour into a container (e.g., a stoneware pot). The plums will keep for about six months before consumption.
