Blackberry Prosecco Jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g blackberries
  • 200 ml Prosecco
  • 150 g gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

makes about 6 glasses

Sort and wash the blackberries, pass them through a food mill, and remove the seeds. Add the Prosecco to the blackberry puree and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Then add the gelling sugar and bring to a boil according to the package instructions. Immediately pour into about 6 small, sterile jars and seal. Turn upside down and let cool.
