Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g banana(s)
- 700 g blackberries
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
- 100 ml brown rum
Instructions

with vanilla, cinnamon and rum
Cut the bananas into small cubes and add them to a large pot with the blackberries. Mix with lemon juice, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon powder, and gelling sugar and let stand for 2 hours. Add 50g of water. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Finally, add the rum. Pour into hot, rinsed jars and seal with boiled lids.
