Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 125 ml mineral water
  • 350 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

without yeast

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until the sugar has dissolved. Add the flour, eggs, baking powder, milk, and mineral water and mix until creamy. Bake in the waffle irons on the manual orange setting for about three minutes.
