Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 schnitzels
- 4 medium-sized onions, diced
- 300 g ham, diced
- salt and pepper
- n. B. spice(s)
- 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Season the schnitzel to taste and fry it in a pan. Then fry the ham cubes with the onions and spread them over the meat. Top with cheese and bake until melted. Serve with fries or croquettes and salad.
