Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 stalk(s) leeks, medium-sized
- 8 slices of bacon
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch chives
- 100 g butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For the herb butter, finely chop the garlic, parsley, and chives and mix with the softened butter. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the leek lengthwise, trim, and wrap it in the bacon. Sauté in the heated herb butter over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Serve with baguette bread.
