Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 125 g butter
- 500 g honey
- 500 g brown sugar
- 500 g nuts
- 1 pack of candied lemon peel
- 1 pack of candied orange peel
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of clove(s)
- 5 g nutmeg blossom
- 1 pt. gingerbread spice
- 1 point ammonium bicarbonate
- 3 tbsp oil (salad oil)
- 1 cup(s) coffee, cold
- 750 g flour
- wafers
- possibly cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
do not need to be soft-mounted
Mix all ingredients together and spread on wafers. The mixture should not be too runny. Bake slowly at approximately 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Depending on the amount of batter on the wafers, cover the cooled gingerbread with sugar or chocolate glaze. The advantage is that the gingerbread is immediately soft and does not require any further storage.
