Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 schnitzels
- 2 zucchinis
- 100 g cheese (Edam) cut into sticks
- salt and pepper
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Slice one zucchini and dice the other. First, fry the slices on both sides until crispy and season. Remove them from the pan, then fry and season the diced zucchini. Remove the diced zucchini and fry the schnitzels in the frying fat. Season. Arrange the schnitzels on plates, arrange the zucchini on top, and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Bake at 175°C for about 5 minutes. Potato wedges, for example, are a good side dish.
