Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 250 g pear(s)
  • 2 m.-large lime(s), organic
  • 400 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

with lime and rum. For 4 glasses of 250 ml each

Rinse the raspberries in a sieve and drain. Halve the pears and core them, then peel and roughly dice them. Place the fruit in a saucepan, filling it only halfway. Combine the grated zest of one lime and the juice of two limes, along with all the remaining ingredients, with the fruit, then puree until smooth and bring to a boil for a maximum of 5 minutes. Immediately pour into prepared jars and seal. Allow to cool completely.
