Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg raspberries, frozen
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml liqueur (forest spirit berry)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the raspberries in a saucepan. Then puree them. Stir in the vanilla sugar and liqueur and bring to a boil with the gelling sugar. Boil for 3 minutes, then pour into jars and seal.
