Nutella muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g sunflower oil or coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • e.g. Nutella
  • Fat for the mold, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for 12 pieces

First, preheat the oven to 220°C fan/convection oven. Beat the butter, sunflower oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl by hand or with a mixer until fluffy. Then fold in a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 200g of flour. Grease the muffin tin and line it with baking cups. Divide the batter evenly among the cups. Add about 1/2-1 teaspoon of Nutella to the batter in each cup and mix with a skewer or toothpick. Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for another 15-20 minutes (use a skewer to test if it’s done).
