Banana jam with lime

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg banana(s), ripe, weighed without peel
  • 65 ml lime juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and chop the bananas, then puree them with the lime juice. Mix with the gelling sugar, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 4 minutes. Immediately pour into clean twist-off jars. Seal and briefly turn upside down. Then turn the jars upside down and let them cool.
