Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)
  • 550 ml juice (mango juice)
  • 450 ml Prosecco
  • 125 ml white rum
  • 125 ml lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil briskly for 4 minutes, then pour into prepared, clean jars. Screw on the lid and let stand upside down for 5 minutes. Makes approximately 1400 ml of jelly.
