Pumpkin jam with pineapple and orange

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.3 kg pumpkin(s)
  • 700 g pineapple
  • 500 g orange(s)
  • 2 packets of gelling sugar (3:1)
  • n. B. vanilla (bourbon vanilla)
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the pineapple and oranges and cut into small cubes. Deseed, peel, and dice the pumpkin. Place everything in a large pot, add the gelling sugar, and puree with a hand blender until smooth. Then add the bourbon vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon and stir in. Bring everything to a boil. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Test the setting occasionally. When the desired consistency is reached, strain the jam through a sieve while it’s still hot. Then pour into clean, hot-rinsed jars and screw on the lids tightly.
