Nectarine jam with pink pepper

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g nectarine(s)
  • 100 g red wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 2 tsp, heaped pepper, pink, ground
  • 1 pack of citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the stones, and coarsely grate them with the peel. Add the red wine, gelling sugar, pepper, and citric acid, mix, and bring to a boil. Boil briskly for 4 minutes, then pour into hot, rinsed, twist-off jars, seal, and immediately turn upside down. After about 1 hour, turn them upside down and let them cool.
