Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of roast beef
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 100 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, creamed
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 10 leaves of wild garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the crust, combine butter, breadcrumbs, mustard, and chopped wild garlic, adding just enough breadcrumbs to keep the mixture from becoming too thick. Heat the oil in a pan, season the roast beef lightly with salt and pepper, and sear briefly on both sides in the hot oil. Then remove and place them side by side in a baking dish. Preheat the oven/grill (200°C). Briefly sauté the diced onion and mushrooms in the frying fat and place them on the roast beef slices. Finally, spread the wild garlic mixture on top and bake in the oven/grill until golden brown.
