Beef strips with brown mushrooms and spring onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beef goulash
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 6 spring onions
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Harissa
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the goulash cubes into smaller pieces and fry them in oil. Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms not too thinly or simply into chunks. Lightly fry the tomato paste and then mix it with the meat cubes. Remove the juices from the pan with a little water, season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Add the mushrooms. Stir in the crème fraîche and harissa to taste. Add the sliced ​​spring onions and reduce the sauce slightly over low heat. We serve it with thin ribbon noodles.
