Pork fillet with pears

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp fat, vegetable
  • 20 ml brandy
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can of pear(s)
  • e.g. jam (cranberry)
  • 1 Camembert(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into slices approximately 2-3 cm thick. Heat the fat in a pan and sear the meat well on all sides. Remove from the pan and deglaze the pan with brandy. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pears and fill with a little cranberry jam, if desired. Place the meat in a baking dish, sandwiching the pears between them. Slice the Camembert and top the meat with it. Pour the cream sauce over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
