Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pork fillet(s), cut into medallions
- 250 g pasta (Spirelli, Farfalle etc.)
- ½ apple, cut into wedges
- 4 peaches or apricots, sliced
- 50 ml peach or apricot juice
- 25 g fat (Rama Finesse) for frying
- 1 large onion(s), finely diced
- 100 ml apple juice
- 250 ml milk
- 20 g sauce thickener, light
- 100 g ham, cooked, thinly sliced and diced
- 100 g cheese (butter cheese) for topping
- 1 tsp mustard (honey mustard)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and then transfer it to a baking dish. Add the cooked ham and top with the peach or apricot slices and apples. Season the pork medallions. Then sear them on both sides in Rama Finesse. Place the fillet on the fruit and fry the onion in the same fat. Brown and deglaze with apple juice. Finish sautéing the onion, then pour in the milk and fruit juice. Season with mustard and spices and thicken with a sauce thickener. Pour over the fillets and then top with cheese. Brown the cheese in a preheated oven at 180°C. Serve hot on plates. We enjoy this with a fresh salad and a red wine.
