Chocolate Nutella muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • 150 g yogurt (chocolate) or chocolate pudding
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles (chocolate drops)
  • 100 g cocoa powder, can also be instant
  • 2 eggs
  • e.g. Nutella (or other nut-nougat cream)
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles (mocha beans)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Put all the other ingredients except for the Nutella in a bowl and mix together. Line the holes of a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill halfway with the batter. Place a large dollop of Nutella on top of the batter in each cup and spread the remaining batter evenly. Place a mocha bean on each muffin. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake the muffins at 200°C to 220°C fan-assisted oven for approx. 35 minutes. If necessary, switch to top/bottom heat towards the end of the baking time. Do the skewer test! Possible variations: If you like, you can leave out the Nutella and place a mocha bean in the muffin instead. Or you can place the mocha bean on top of a chocolate glaze after baking.
