Maultaschen in Gorgonzola cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g Maultasche(s) from the refrigerated section
  • 200 ml cream
  • 125g Gorgonzola
  • 1 tsp wild garlic, dried
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 80 g Gruyère cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the Maultaschen diagonally and place them in a suitable dish. Mix the cream and Gorgonzola with the other ingredients, ideally using a hand blender. Pour everything over the Maultaschen and finally top with the diced Gruyère cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
