Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 figs
  • 1 piece(s) cucumber(s), 15 cm
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Mint, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the figs and slice them. Wash the cucumber and also slice them thinly. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Layer the figs and cucumber fan-shaped on plates or platters. Pour the dressing over the figs. A little mint adds a special touch.
