Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 beef roulades
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ liter broth
- 3 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cut the beef roulades into thin strips. Dice the onion and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add salt and pepper. Dust with flour and let it brown slightly. Add the mustard and paprika and pour in the broth. Simmer for about 1 hour, stirring in the sour cream just before the end. I like this best with pasta and lettuce.
