Mixed bean and sausage salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g beans, (breaking), frozen
  • 150 g sausages, Vienna sausages
  • 100 g beans, red from the can
  • 100 g beans, white from the can
  • 1 ½ onions, red
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes, remove, and drain. Slice the sausages. Rinse the red and white beans in a sieve under running water and drain. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them crosswise. Chop the parsley. Season the vinegar with mustard, salt, and pepper. Then gradually stir in the oil. Place the beans, sausages, onions, and parsley in a bowl and gently mix with the marinade.
