Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 3 tbsp sugar

juicy, easy and quick
Collect 250 ml of the cherry juice and bring to a boil with the custard powder and sugar. Then add the cherries and stir well. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Dough: Make a shortcrust pastry with the sugar, butter, flour, egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and milk. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with 2/3 of the pastry. Then pour the cherry mixture onto the pastry. Sprinkle the remaining pastry on top as a crumble and bake on the middle rack at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes.
