Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 savoy cabbage
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 m.-sized potatoes, boiled or mashed
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 cup of cream
- Parsley

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Chop the savoy cabbage and boil in salted water. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions. Drain the savoy cabbage when it’s tender. Sauté the onions until translucent. Now press in the garlic cloves. Add the savoy cabbage and let it simmer slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the cream over the cabbage and add the mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes. Add the parsley. Delicious with roasts.
