Kohlrabi and spring onion salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 4 large spring onions
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • some lemon juice
  • some salt
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop the kohlrabi. Wash, trim, and finely chop the spring onions. Heat the oil in a pan. Press the garlic and add it to the hot oil. Add the kohlrabi and onion pieces and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the parsley, a little lemon juice, salt, and sugar, and transfer everything to a salad bowl. Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve.
