Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), frozen
  • 2 onions, red, diced
  • 50 g fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard powder
  • 200 ml red wine
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Simmer the plums, onions, ginger, sugar, mustard powder, and wine for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continuously. Puree the mixture. Season with pepper. Pour into hot, rinsed jars and seal. Let cool. Keeps for six months.
