Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg strawberries
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1.4 liters of vodka
  • Water, approx. 1.5 – 2 liters

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Rinse and chop the strawberries. Then boil them in approximately 1.5 to 2 liters of water (strawberries should be covered) for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool. Then puree and strain through a sieve. Add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes. Let cool again. Stir in the vodka and pour into prepared bottles.
